NoDa sits just northeast of Uptown, running along North Davidson Street, and it is roughly ten to fifteen minutes from downtown by car. It sits right on the LYNX Blue Line, so you can also ride the train straight into Uptown, or in the other direction up toward the University area.

As a general range to research, NoDa condos typically run roughly $300,000 to $450,000, while bungalows and townhomes span about $350,000 to $650,000, with newer infill homes moving higher.
