The location is the big story: walk or bike to the restaurants and bars on Montford Drive and the shops at Park Road Shopping Center, hop the LYNX Blue Line at Woodlawn or Tyvola, and drive two miles to SouthPark Mall. Uptown is an easy commute, and the neighborhood sits right in the middle of south Charlotte's best amenities.
Prices have climbed steadily as demand for established intown neighborhoods has grown.
