A newer Lennar master-planned community with townhomes and single-family homes across several collections, from ranch plans to three-story townhomes.
Amenities include a resort-style pool, clubhouse, fitness center, sport and pickleball courts, and trails, near the I-77 corridor and Ballantyne.
Phases continue to be released, so some homes are brand new while others are a few years old.
Arden Mill
A newer, all-single-family luxury community by Classica Homes with modern architecture and open floor plans.
Amenities are outdoor-focused, with parks, a playground, a pavilion, and walking trails; there is no community pool.
Homes are higher-end, typically around $1 million and up, convenient to downtown Fort Mill and the I-77 corridor.
Cameron Creek
A newer community on the Tega Cay and Fort Mill border built by M/I Homes, with single-family homes and townhomes.
